I have a story in need of an artist. I'm really keen to get this story going now, as the few who have read my notes have loved it, including people I would not have thought of as the intended audience. The story is also quite important to me, so although I really want to seesome movement and progress on it, I really want to see it done right as well.

It's a gay superhero team story, dealing with some quite important themes and story points and challenging established preconceptions about gay people in the media. It also retains a light hearted humour to it, that keeps the story fresh and not too preachy.

I'm looking for someone with great art skills, preferably who can pencil and ink their own work, though colouring skill too would be a benefit.

I also admit that from a marketing perspective, a gay artist too would be a plus, but that obviously is not at all important. I just think about marketing things sometimes, shill that I am.

Also, in all honesty, I will require someone flexible with payment. At the moment, I am on a part time day job, and I make some money to save up and use for my projects, but not loads. As such, I am willing to pay a page by page payment for each issue, as long as it's a competitive charge.

However, and this is a preferable method to me, in my mind, having designed the look for each character I would consider these characters as much yours as mine, and would happily split profits of the comic with the artist as payment.
